COST OF ITEM:

After you total your order, you add $5 ( for the entire order) for shipping and handling delivered within the United States. All shipments to Virginia residents are subject to the 5% State sales tax on their purchases

For International addresses and express delivery in the USA we would have to determine your shipping costs and let you know.

Currently we are not set up for Internet direct credit card ordering. You will need to place your order by telephone or mail.

We would require a copy of a current business license or current sales tax number. Payment can be by business check or credit card. Dealer status only applies on wholesale orders over $200 . Shipping & handling costs would be determined when order packed.

If your item (s) arrive damaged or fail to arrive please contact us for instructions within 10 days by telephone, email or mail (This applies Postal insured or UPS shipments)

Our swords, pistols & rifles are only offered for sale to purchasers over 18 years of age. Adult signature may be required for delivery

RETURNS If you wish to return your undamaged item (s) for a refund** . Please contact us for shipping instructions and return authorization within 14 DAYS by telephone, email, or mail . Customer refunds are subject to a 10% restock fee* Customer is responsible for the return shipping and insurance expenses. Also, because we only charge a flat $5 S&H fee per order, the customer's refund on the merchandise returned will be adjusted by our actual shipping costs when they exceed the $5. Returns not allowed on International orders.

* Limited edition art prints are subject to a 15% restock fee and must be returned in mint condition with their certificate Customer is responsible for the return shipping along with full insurance coverage .Also because we only charge a flat $5 S&H fee per order, the customer's refund on the art print returned will be adjusted by our actual shipping costs because they do exceed the $5 charged . No returns allowed on International orders

AVAILABILITY: We make our best effort to ship your order promptly . Occasionally we could be out of stock because our items are hand made, imported ,or require a special order. This could result in a shipping delay.

If your order can not be processed within reasonable time (within 30 days) we will contact you as soon as possible for a back order authorization or cancellation .
